KEWTECH & TRADECERT PROMOTIONAL TERMS, CONDITIONS & PRIVACY NOTICE

Promotion operated jointly by Kewtech Corporation Ltd and Tradecert Ltd ("the Partners").

The Offer

1. This promotion entitles the first registered user of a unique promotional code to 3 months free access to a Tradecert subscription plan of their choosing.

2. Eligible claimants are new Tradecert customers only. Existing Tradecert subscribers are not eligible.

3. Each unique code is single use and may only be redeemed once, by the first person to use it. Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

4. One code per Tradecert account. Multiple redemptions by the same individual or organisation are not permitted.

5. After the free period ends, the subscription will continue at the standard Tradecert rate unless cancelled before the renewal date.

General

7. The Partners reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. This promotion is subject to availability and may be withdrawn while stocks of promotional codes last.

9. The Partners accept no responsibility for codes lost, stolen, or rendered unreadable in transit.

How We Use Your Data

10. When you redeem a Kewtech promotional code on the Tradecert platform, both Partners will receive confirmation that the code has been redeemed. Information shared between the Partners may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, company website, and the unique code redeemed, along with equipment registered on Tradecert.

11. This data is shared for the purposes of promotion administration, fraud prevention, and to allow both Partners to understand how the promotion is performing.

12. Data sharing is carried out on the basis of legitimate interests pursued by both Partners in administering this promotion, and where applicable, with your consent given at the point of redemption.
